option does not require a personal guarantee making it the perfect

Sub-Prime Loans

equity capital to participate in the conventional market. Other times,
the proposed deal structure is too creative for a conservative lender.
Hard Money Loans
When everyone else refuses to lend, this is your answer. Regardless of
your past credit history, we can arrange short term financing secured
against real estate or other financial assets. Up to 80% loan to
value. In addition, we will purchase your private secured loans,
accounts receivables and structured settlements for immediate cash.
SBA Loans
Up to 90% financing available. Believe it or not, we can close these
loans in most states in 30 days. Funds can be used to acquire,
renovate, expand, and refinance commercial real estate. Why rent, when
